The water temperature is pleasantly warm, starting from 25.2 °C. The pool area is an ideal spot to start your day or enjoy a calm evening retreat.

Rules for Using the Water Centre
- The primary responsibility for using the water centre and any resulting damage to health or property lies with the user (in the case of children, their adult guardian).
- Children aged 16 and under (inclusive) are allowed access to the water centre and swimming pool only when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. The accompanying adult is responsible for the safety and behavior of the children and must ensure that the child(ren) comply with the water centre’s rules.
- Children aged 3 and under (inclusive) have free access to the water centre and sauna complex only when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket, and they use the guardians’ lockers.
- Upon request, you can rent a sauna towel or bathrobe from the administrator according to the current price list. Please use these items responsibly and return them to the administrator upon departure. A compensation fee will be charged for any lost items according to the established rates.
- Please follow the explanatory signs and instructions posted in the water centre. Rocca al Mare Hotel is not responsible for any injuries or other health issues that visitors may experience and does not compensate for any resulting damages.
- Be considerate of other visitors and attentive to children.
- Move slowly and carefully in the changing rooms and water centre; rushing or running on wet floors is dangerous for both you and other visitors.
- Bringing your own drinks and food into the water centre and sauna complex is prohibited. Staff have the right to confiscate any outside food and beverages.
- Do not enter the water centre while intoxicated! Rocca al Mare Hotel staff reserve the right to refuse ticket sales to anyone under the influence. By visiting the water centre, you accept all risks associated with its use.
- By using the water centre facilities, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules.
- Rocca al Mare Hotel staff have the right to remove any person whose behavior is dangerous to themselves or others, or who disturbs other guests.
- Staff may issue warnings and cancel tickets without refund for violations of the water centre rules.
- Rocca al Mare Hotel promotes healthy lifestyles; therefore, smoking is prohibited within the water centre premises.
- Upon leaving, please return all rented items to the administrator; do not leave them in the changing rooms.
- The water centre is under video surveillance, except in the changing and shower rooms.
- If problems arise, please contact the administrator.
- Toys that may cause health issues for other visitors, as well as toys that do not float on water, are prohibited in the water centre.
- The use of swim noodles and “mermaid” float costumes is prohibited in the pool.
- Use of GoPro and similar devices is at your own risk. Ensure they are securely attached to you in a way that prevents them from becoming hazardous to other visitors during use in the pool or other attractions.
- Lost and found items handed over to staff are kept for two (2) months, after which they will be disposed of.
Spa Etiquette
As we strive to ensure the peace and relaxation of both you and other spa guests, we kindly ask you to:
- Pre-book treatments and day packages;
- Arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled treatments to prepare yourself for the upcoming experience;
- Turn off your mobile phone and, if necessary, make calls only in the spa reception area;
- Do not allow children under 14 to enter the spa alone;
- Make any changes to treatment times at least 48 hours before arrival; later requests will be accommodated based on availability;
- Call +372 5855 3514 if you are unable to arrive on time for your treatment. In this case, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly. Pre-booked and prepaid amounts are non-refundable;
- Inform the spa staff if you have any health problems;
- Provide feedback to the therapist during the treatment if you feel too hot, cold, pain, or any discomfort;
- Wear disposable underwear during treatments;
- Wear swimwear in the water and sauna centre;
- Follow all safety instructions of the water and sauna centre.
NB! Alcohol and drugs are not compatible with spa treatments. The staff reserves the right to refuse service to clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and no refunds will be given for previously booked and paid services.
