Project Title: Digitalisation of Rocca al Mare Hotel Management System
Rocca al Mare Hotel (Rocca Hotelligrupp OÜ) applied in 2025 for the Tourism Sector Software Integration and Interfacing Support (2025–2027) to implement a cloud-based management system.
The objective of the project is to consolidate all reservations into a unified web-based system, reducing manual work and enhancing the customer experience through automated confirmations, reminders, and real-time overviews. This project supports the digitalisation of tourism services, resulting in Rocca al Mare Hotel’s transition to the modern, web- and mobile-friendly BOUK property management system.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Grant
The project “Rocca Hotelligrupp OÜ Security of Supply Investments” received support from the European Union Recovery and Resilience Facility – NextGenerationEU.
The implementation of the project is necessary to enhance the company’s security of supply. The goal of the project is to reduce the company’s dependence on fossil fuels. To achieve this objective, a solar power plant with an energy storage system will be established. As a result, the amount of electricity consumed from the grid—produced from fossil fuels—will be significantly reduced, and the company’s energy security will improve.
